Better pack 554 reinforced gummed tape dispenser. Set dial and press button, shoots out and cuts tape. Not sure how accurate the dials are or if they are adjustable. The heater does warm up. One push button is missing cover. This machine is set up where you can set two tape lengths on the dials and there is a button for each length.
