This offer is for an EMPTY cd Longbox by Icehouse of the album release called " Sidewalk "   . This Longbox release was originally issued in the 80's on the Chrsalis Records label with a CAT. NR . :41458 .    The nostalgic CD LONGBOX was popular in record & cd stores during the early 1980's through the early 1990's . This cardboard longbox protected the condition of the cd & jewel case and provided a nice graphical marketing tool as well.   The Longbox gave way, by the mid-90's,  to the more simple form of shrink wrap protection.  Now, only a select few titles become available in a longbox packaging for retail.   These longboxes are in demand for avid fans adding to one's  personal album or cd collection.  You can Hang them on a Wall or Place them on a Shelf  for Decor of your Office , Dorm Room , or Entertainment Area of your house.   Many Collectors & Avid Fans today place and store their own cd's back inside the Longbox as well.
This Empty longbox measures 5 3/4" w X 12 1/2" h X 1/2" d .  The cd was removed from the bottom of the longbox a number of years ago.  The condition of this empty longbox is in good condition - with the original shrink wrap still intact - keeping the dimensional integrity.  This longbox has Never been flattened or removed from its original shrink wrap .  This longbox was cut open with a razor blade on the back side along the back side bottom seam -  to remove the cd a number of years ago.  The cut mark made on the back side also made a cut into the front side along the bottom front seam.  The 2 " inch cut mark along the front bottom seam can be mended well and is hardly noticeable for front side viewing.  There is a light vertical  compression crease along the left spine side on the front side - that is hardly noticeable for front side viewing.  There is a light 1" inch vertical crease on the front side in the middle that is hardly noticeable for front side viewing.
Again, this longbox is empty and No CD is Included with this purchase .
