Important, please read all before purchasing my molds:
Polymer clay dolls or parts are baked in a home oven at 270 degrees to cure hard. First, you press each half of the mold with clay, add a wire armature for support on the back half of the pressed clay mold. then press the two halves together. Take the doll or part out and pose it. And then, you can bake the doll or part to cure it hard. The molds are not to be put in the oven!
Each mold I make is a 1 or a 2 part press mold used with polymer clay only. Porcelain, food products or liquids cannot be cast in this type of mold, because the plaster contains a bonding glue. I use Hydrostone plaster to last for years.
No ARTIST MOLD is perfect, they are handmade by me personally so please do not expect them to be flawless like commercial mass produced porcelain, silicone
    or ceramic molds.
I make these for you to be able to make a doll with little to no sculpting ability. It's only a jump start to help you learn anatomy and all the processes to making polymer dolls. My mold do NOT do all the work for you, you will have to trim off seam lines, smooth out those areas and ever put ears back on the doll where the seam lines have messed them up. You will also have to deepen the lines between the fingers and toes to detail them more. It's impossible for a mold of this kind to produce a perfect version of my doll, it is all based on how you press the casting as to what you get when opened. If you need more info please purchase a DVD or a CD lesson from me that explains everything.
I can answer sculpting questions anytime you write to me directly for advice at my address below. If you write thru eBay, they censor the mail, and most of our communications are deleted.
We ship on Tuesdays and Saturdays. If you are unhappy with me, please write directly so that I can resolve your problem. If you open a case against me without contacting me first, I am sorry, but I can no longer sell to you in the future. We can solve all problems directly!
We no longer ship to Russia, Italy or South America because of postal delays.

Polymer clay is different with every brand and batch that is made.
Sometimes the figure refuses to release from the press mold all in one piece.
    My advice is:
Dip the entire mold into cold water for one minute to wet it completely. Remove from the water.
Press your doll into the wet mold. Leave the doll inside the unopened mold and put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Remove the mold from the freezer, carefully open the mold and remove your doll but DO NOT try to change her pose for an hour. Let her thaw out so she does not crack when you bend her.
She will sweat off the water and dry out. Now you can play with her!
