This offer is for an EMPTY cd Longbox by Midnight Oil of the album release called " Blue Sky Mining "   . This Longbox release was originally issued in 1990 on the CBS Records label with a CAT. NR . : 45398.      The nostalgic CD LONGBOX was popular in record & cd stores during the early 1980's through the early 1990's . This cardboard longbox protected the condition of the cd & jewel case and provided a nice graphical marketing tool as well.   The Longbox gave way, by the mid-90's,  to the more simple form of shrink wrap protection.  Now, only a select few titles become available in a longbox packaging for retail.   These longboxes are in demand for avid fans adding to one's  personal album or cd collection.  You can Hang them on a Wall or Place them on a Shelf  for Decor of your Office , Dorm Room , or Entertainment Area of your house.   Many Collectors & Avid Fans today place and store their own cd's back inside the Longbox as well.
This Empty longbox measures 5 3/4" w X 12 1/2" h X 1/2" d .  The cd was removed from the bottom of the longbox a number of years ago.  The condition of this empty longbox is in  Nice condition - with the original shrink wrap still intact - keeping the dimensional integrity.  This longbox has Never been flattened or removed from its original shrink wrap .  This longbox was cut open on the back side at the very bottom adjacent and near to the back side bottom seam  -  to remove the cd a number of years ago.  The cut mark made on the back side at the bottom adjacent to the back side bottom seam is made about 1/8"  inch from the back side bottom seam .  There is a very light compression surface crease along the left spine in the upper-half on the front side.  The slight crease is hardly noticeable for front side viewing.  The compression creasing also may have caused some very light varied split seam on the front side along the top-half of the left spine side.  please see enclosed pic for zoom in on the split seam and small surface crease.
