Secure Fit mask frames fit over your existing face mask to help make them safer. Custom 3D printed based off of the contours of your face, these frames help eliminate gaps around the mouth, helping your face mask properly filter the air you are breathing.
The process used to create these face mask frames was developed by researchers at the University of Connecticut to help the ICU staff at John Dempsey Hospital stay safe while PPE supplies were scarce. A Secure Fit face mask frame helps make any cloth or disposable face mask filter air substantially more effectively.
Upon purchase, you will be contacted by Connecticut BioTech staff - we will need two photos (one in profile, one straight on - each with a reference object such as a ruler or dollar bill). From those photos, we will model your face in our systems, then print the mask frame to fit your face perfectly.
Secure Fit face mask frames are durable and reusable, made of a resilient polymer. Mask production takes 3-4 business days after photos are received.
