Here you have a wonderful bit of VINTAGE MEMORABILIA! Please...SEE THE SCAN! This is an ORIGINAL 1898 STEREOSCOPE PHOTOGRAPH OF the U.S. MONITOR "TERROR" AND TORPEDO BOAT "FOOTE," KEY WEST HARBOR, FLORIDA... During the Spanish American War, the USS TERROR took part in the blockading of Cuba, where she captured three unarmed merchant ships, the Spanish vessels AMBROSIO BOLIVAR, and GUIDO, and the Cuban vessel ALMANSA during the first three days of blockading duty. This came from the KEYSTONE VIEW COMPANY. The photographer was B.L. LINGLEY... This measures 7 inches X 3 1/2 inches. It has typical vintage wear; not mint but very fine and a tough find!!!
