Vintage Vitrock Snow White and Dwarfs cereal bowl

Description

This is a 1938 Vitrock cereal bowl that was a promotional give away. It measures about 5 inches across. There are some black scuff marks and an area on the rim which is a little bit rough when you run your fingernail over the area. You can see in picture. The inside of bowl looks like there are three scratches and also along the bottom some scratches. Please look at pictures to see these issues. The outside colors are great if there is paint loss I can not tell because I don’t know if paint should be there. But again please look at pictures.
